Default WASTEGATE fer Fuq sakes. PLEASE, ONE right answer.

I have heard SOOO many different answers on how to hook up a wastegate... I am NOT using a electric boost controller.. just a small POS one you make a home depot. So, there are two ports on the wastegate. top one, and a bottom one...

what is the correct way of hooking it up??? Its an HKS standard wastegate and of course there were NO instructions...
please.. HEPPP...

On the Tial's the boost controller hooks up on the top port. The side port goes to a vac source according to the manual. I imagine the ports on the HKS would be the same but I cannot tell you for certain, sorry My friend had one of the manual HomeDepot boost controllers too but I did not look close enough to see how he had it setup.
