Default getting started

alright i have a civic ex with a d16z6. im wanting to go turbo. but i'm having a hard time choosing from all of the turbos. i have i,h,e right now and i want to step it up a notch. i have heard the t28 is a good choice for street use cuz it spools fast correct me if im wrong. i just need a basic setup maybe pushing 6psi. so no internals need done. and i no u have to pick out a good manifold and intercooler. if you can just give me a basic list of what is needed it would be greatly appreciated. you can flame all you want but i gotta get started some where
