4 stage turbo xs? do you have 3 switches for it?
it looks hot, has anybody set up a turbo xs dual stage to activate the second stage by speed? instead of manually?

Mount springloaded microswitches by the shifter so that when you shift to second gear or third or whatever it closes the switch and engages the higher boost. With that 4 stage he built, you would use three switches...one on second gear, one on third, and one on fourth.

all taht microswitch stuff is just too much of a hassle IMO when you can get it all in one shot deal instead of istnallngi switches left and right taht your shifter hits to turn it on.. I run the AVCR. great stuff

Agreed, but if you can't afford an AVCR, why not? It would work right? I would rather use a gear position sensor than all the analog switches as well, but it would work.

a toggle in the 3rd gear spot may be just the trick, im going into look into this further, but i know mounting a switch down there and getting it to work proper will be a pain in the ***. if its not custom then its just normal right?

Does anyone know what type of setup Jason Penman and Cortney Green are using? It's funny I see them all the time but have never asked them. I know it's either a combo of two of the TurboXS quad stages or multiple dual stages, but I guess Cort kinda came up with some pretty good wiring to do a gear dependant boost setup. (I guess this is more important for ppl running ~40 psi than it is for lowlifes like me. )

I don't know if you were referring to my post or the topic in general, but both of the aforementioned ppl are running Neptune to control their setups, so it most definately is capable of gear dependant boost.
