Garrett TB03 Experience
**SCROLL DOWN FOR PICS**
Compressor housing A/R .52
Exhaust housing A/R .48
Compressor inducer 45 mm
Compressor exducer 60 mm
Exhaust turbine diameter 48 mm
Bare with my noobness
Which one of these compressor maps belong to this turbo if any? (which number is the link referring to - the inducer or the exducer)
I plan on using it on a d16. I need to do all of the flow calculations etc to read the compressor map (when I figure out which one it is
) but I was wondering if anyone could briefly tell me what I can expect out of this turbo on a d16 as far as how much boost can it run before surging and max horsepower I could get with this turbo. (as far as the turbo is capable of)

And this problem causing flange

Your measurments are slightly off but that is a 55 trim T3 compressor (44.704mm induced, 60.1218mm exducer) with stg 1 turbine wheel (48.2092mm exducer)
The maps go by trim not diameter.
It looks like a volvo turbine housing from the recess for the round sealing ring. It will work fine on a D16 but you should try to get a .63 housing and port he WG hole, to get some better top end flow (spool will be virtually identical) Once you go past 10 or so psi the last 1500 to 2000 rpm will feel really flat. The compressor should be great up to about 18psi but at that point you will really need more exhaust flow. Consider an external WG if you want to run more than 10-13psi
