i was woundering wats the limit on a t3 turbo a.r 60/a.r 48 from a thunderbird, its going to be installed on a stock LS. im aiming for around 250whp

That depends on your BSFC.....

how effecient the engine is.

never had any exp with a straight t3 on a honda, but we did put a 3000lb buick gn in the low 11's (11.42) with it. BUT we did it with a water to air intercooler at like 30 psi.

and this was 10 years ago he hee. was a stock buick t3 turbo.

well its a stock LS, not some mystery motor.

 

My internally bone stock ls motor made 248/236 with a thunderbird T3. Tuned on crome 10psi

 

I made just around 290-300whp on a t3 on a b16. It was on 23psi.

 

i would think 300whp is the limit of that turbo before thermodynamics make it unreasonable to push it any father.
