garrett and precision housings same?

i need to know if there is any difference between the garrett .63 a/r 4 bolt t3 housing and the precision .63 a/r 4 bolt t3 housing. are the flow characteristics the same or is one better?

They should be identical because Precision uses Garrett internals and would therefore have to build their housings to the same spefications.
