Garrett 4 bolt downpipe flange?

Garrett 4 bolt downpipe flange?
Called up a Garrett dealer and they said the only Garrett 4 bolt downpipe flanges are the ones found on the Balistic series turbos. I have a Garrett T3/60-1 4 bolt and want to make sure this is the right downpipe flange. Thanks!
