I e-mailed MSD Asking if they have plans on making an odb1 version of their Pro-Billet distributer as found HERE and HERE.This is the reply I got:

Honda/Acura OBD I to OBD II Distributor Adapter Cable #8864. This cable allows
you to install our Pro-Billet Honda Dist #8488 on an OBD I vehicle. Direct
plug-in!

We currently show the cable on backorder, they should be shipping out within the
next couple of months. To reserve yours, place an order with your dealer.
