Full race manifold Question

Picking up a Full Race DC B Series ProAm T3/44 Top mount Turbo Manifold with a Precision SC61 turbo and im wondering if I have to get rid of Power steering and A/C to use this setup

They make an AC compatible ramhorn but not a topmount.
