full float wrist pins?
I am in the market to order some new rods/pistons and was wondering what the wrist pin setup is oem vs. aftermarket I know there are 2 diff. wrist pin setups out there can some please explain them to me

Do in this case it doesn't matter what rods you would use its all with in the pistons and the wrist pin. And another quick question I was planning on running eagle H-beams with wiseco pistons, so your telling me this will work fine

Aftermarket rods and pistons are typically full floating and require clips in the pistons to retain the wrist pins.Most oem pistons and rods are press fit and use a press fit between the rod and wrist pin to retain the pin.You can use a press fit rod with a floating pin pistons (but don't use the clips).You can't use a press fit piston with a floating rod (unless you modify the piston to accept clips) because there is no way to retain the wrist pin.
