Fuel system sketches
I sketched these up a little while back to help determine exactly what pieces I need to get my fuel system setup. For most ppl they are pretty simple but I did it to help me see where each particular piece went. I think they may help others that are in the same situation as me. The sketches probably look pretty familiar since they are based on Arturbo and Dustin's fuel setups respectively Anyways, here they are. Let me know if I have gotten anything wrong, hehe. I included Earls part numbers also where I could.

This is hillarious... I had planned to begin the SAME type of drawing (fuel system) tonight for my project car. Haha... Nice work.
EDIT: Is is me or are you missing the fuel pump(s)? Heh

Whatever fuel would work will work, heh. I am just going with the Walbro personally.

Why not get rid of the extra fittings and have the FPR connected right up to the rail.. See I saved you a few dollars already. Can you buy me a pizza with pepperonies?

those things SUCK for a daily driver. Sounds like you have a lawn mower attached to the rear bumper. The Bosch inline is a good choice for a daily driver.

You know guys, I was thinking...why are you all using -6 for your feed AND return on your aftermarket FPR setups? Using a -6 feed, a -4 return is more than adequate for a return.
First, your stock system is setup the same. The return is smaller than the feed. Why? Because you are not going to be returning the same amount of fuel to the tank as you are feeding from the tank. Hence the -4 is more than adequate for the return line.
Just an observation. I set mine up this way ... and as a matter of fact I connected a -4 line to the stock return line. I also drilled out the stock fuel rail and tapped the end for 1/4" NPT so I could attached the Aeromotive FPR using -6 line...AND it saved me $120 or so by not having to buy those moster fuel rails.

I'm not using this setup yet, I posted this to get suggestive critisism such as yours I never thought of using the same size lines from the filter to the rail in the situation where using -8 feed from tank to the filter. Hmm, maybe I'll do that. As far as the return, I don't think there would be any advantage to going down to a -4 size, except saving money?? I can't see why it would hurt to have -6, I really dont' think it's that big of a deal on the return line.

Also, a -6 (or 3/8" in rubber hose) feed should be plenty for most Hondas...I can't remember the exact numbers but I would think that would supply enough fuel for at least 400 horses, probably more.
Also, not sure if somebody else mentioned this already but you can place that FPR inline between the tank and rail. It would save some money in hose and fittings and offer an alternate mounting location.
