I sketched these up a little while back to help determine exactly what pieces I need to get my fuel system setup. For most ppl they are pretty simple but I did it to help me see where each particular piece went. I think they may help others that are in the same situation as me. The sketches probably look pretty familiar since they are based on Arturbo and Dustin's fuel setups respectively Anyways, here they are. Let me know if I have gotten anything wrong, hehe. I included Earls part numbers also where I could.

Yes the fuel pump is not there. A Walbro GSS-342 would be the fuel pump, atleast that's what I'm going to use. This was mostly done to diagram the SS line and Earls fittings, where they go, and what they connect to

those things SUCK for a daily driver. Sounds like you have a lawn mower attached to the rear bumper. The Bosch inline is a good choice for a daily driver.

Correct me if I'm wrong. If I was to use an inline fuel pump, such as the Bosch you mentioned, would I *not* need the intank Walbro GSS-342? Or, if I use the GSS-342 intank, is there no need for an inline pump? Or do I need to use both?

You know guys, I was thinking...why are you all using -6 for your feed AND return on your aftermarket FPR setups? Using a -6 feed, a -4 return is more than adequate for a return.

First, your stock system is setup the same. The return is smaller than the feed. Why? Because you are not going to be returning the same amount of fuel to the tank as you are feeding from the tank. Hence the -4 is more than adequate for the return line.

Just an observation. I set mine up this way ... and as a matter of fact I connected a -4 line to the stock return line. I also drilled out the stock fuel rail and tapped the end for 1/4" NPT so I could attached the Aeromotive FPR using -6 line...AND it saved me $120 or so by not having to buy those moster fuel rails.

I'm not using this setup yet, I posted this to get suggestive critisism such as yours I never thought of using the same size lines from the filter to the rail in the situation where using -8 feed from tank to the filter. Hmm, maybe I'll do that. As far as the return, I don't think there would be any advantage to going down to a -4 size, except saving money?? I can't see why it would hurt to have -6, I really dont' think it's that big of a deal on the return line.

You're right, there would be no advantage function wise to using a smaller return. But it does save money, and like .05 pounds in weight savings!

Also, a -6 (or 3/8" in rubber hose) feed should be plenty for most Hondas...I can't remember the exact numbers but I would think that would supply enough fuel for at least 400 horses, probably more.

Also, not sure if somebody else mentioned this already but you can place that FPR inline between the tank and rail. It would save some money in hose and fittings and offer an alternate mounting location.

Well, I'm not planning on upgrading the fuel lines from the tank up until after I do a motor rebuild. For now they are staying stock, with exception to the lines between the rail/filter and rail/fpr.

Huh? The fpr *is* placed inline between the tank and rail as it is drawn. Or you talking about something else?
