Default fuel setup for 500 whp

ok right now i just have a walboro 255 pump and i know its not nearly enough. so whats the next step, i just read about the bosch pump, is it a direct drop in pump or does it need something else. any other recomendations? thanks

I second that.

You can either go with the Walbro 255lph or you can go with the Walbro 255lph HP, which is for "higher" horsepower cars. Check it out.

Both...you'll be fine.

I would also get an upgraded fuel rail w/ a FPR...and if you really want to get technical, you could also run SS braided fuel lines

aight good, ive been having the fuel rail and regulator and the walboro for a while now. thanks for reasuring me

walbro with FPR, Fuel Rail and 1000's and you are find for 500+

thats what im doing

just to clarify the HP stands for high pressure and is pretty much exactly the same the the regular except that it can still flow a decent amount of fuel at 100psi and up. they both flow almost exactly the same until 60-65psi. after that the regular starts to drop off rahter quickly.

but ill agree with everyone else and say that the walbro will be fine at 500whp.

I made 570whp with a Walboro 255 HP and 1000cc injectors with absolutly no pressure drop.

Right..I understand this.

I was just clarifying to the OP that they had two different versions of the Walbro out. Thanks for going into further detail though
