Default Fuel setup

My setup for fuel running at around 7psi is:
Stock intank pump
Vortech FMU (10 or 12 disc not sure, but ordered the whole recalib kit)
MSD inline pump (162lph)
Stock injectors

I'm running at 58-60psi at idle with b&m gauge on the filter between the pumps.

I want to get rc 310cc injectors... will this alone lower the psi to a more acceptable level? Will I need to change my FMU to a different disc, if so which. Any other complications any of you forsee with this setup?

You should start off by moving the fuel pressure gauge to after the the inline pump. Then get either a aem fpr or drill out the b&m so you can lower you ridle fuel pressure to about 38psi.Just changing to larger injectors will not lower your fuel pressure. If you do use the 310's swap in a 6:1 fmu disk.
You will need to get your fuel pressure down before you start boosting because if it's at 60psi at idle ten it's at 130 - 142psi under full boost which is not good.

How would I move a b&m fuel pressure gauge to anywhere but the filter? Also I heard that the AEM fpr is not good at 100psi of fuel pressure or more because the diaphram will rupture?

Put the fuel gauge inline (use T and clamps).I never heard about the aem fpr having a problem like that, guess i need to look into that before it's to late. I'm getting close to the 100psi mark at 8psi of boost.Full boost i'm about 90psi

actually, 8:1 is recommended for 310s.

Not according to vortec!
Honestly it doesn't matter whats recomended because the deciding factor is what works with your set-up.
