Default fuel return line

yeah so im redoing all of my fuel lines because they are rusted and blown out. I want to do the feed -10 and the return -6 . Is the return going to be any problem?

it will be a bitch, because the return line turns into a brass or something hardline on the firewall. basically, theres no way to screw in a fitting to it or anything. i remember there being a thread a while back on this where someone actually kinda tapped the thing to accept a fitting. try doing a search on that

-6 is perfectly fine for a return. That is what exactly we are using on our drag car. Let me know if you need any fittings and line. I'm selling a ton of new and used Aeroquip fittings cheap at https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1076280.

I would say an an8 feed and an6 return.. How much power are you planning to make with your setup..

When the line becomes a hardline, just cut it off at the hardline, then flare the line out then put a fitting on there

HOw about a 8an feed line and 8an return line?? is that to big?
Just asking becasue i got a great deal on some 8an line.. I plan on putting out atleast mid 550 to 650HP hopefully!!!!

If you have all an8 line then use it.. AN8 feed and AN6 return is more than enought flow for the power you want to put out..

yeah im redoing all of the line since both my return and feed are so rusted there spraying gas every where
