Fuel Pump question...

Default Fuel Pump question...

Can you put a very rough maximum Horsepower number on certain fuel pumps? For example I've heard that 255 pumps are not good above roughly 350whp, and if you plan to go above that then the next step up(for a drop in pump) would be a 340 that can handle rougly up to 500whp? Any truth to this? I was generally under the impression the Wahlbro 255 high pressure would be sufficient to atleast 400hp or so.

I was told that the 255lph would support over or close to 450hp..
