Default fuel pump chassis questions...

let's see if anyone here knows this...

is the dimensions, shape, and everything in general of the fuel pump chassis, which basically is that metal bracket that the fuel pump sits on, the same between an integra and the 99-00 civic SIs?

$242 for one from acura...
and $142 from honda....

any ideas?

I've only seen the one for my Civic, but I'd have to belive they'd be the same, I mean why would Honda use a different set of mounting brackets for one pump than another other that fitment issues?

i'm assuming that the pump flowrate output is the same in both the GSR and Civic Si....

last time I worked on a Civic Si fuel pump chassis... it looked identical to the GSR one, but what bothers me right now is the huge difference in price between the GSR one from the dealer and the honda one from the dealer....

paul,
it's basically as close to stock it'll get to...

i put most of the items back to stock...

i left some items on, but maily i dropped in a 2000 GSR swap into the car...
the engine bay looks brand new...

i'm selling the car with some aftermarket parts...
basically, here's what i'm selling

1998 Acura Integra GSR, yellow, 41k miles on chassis, 18k miles on motor/tranny, AEM CAI, dc sports 4-1 headers, apexi n1 exhaust, wings west w kit, rota slipstreams... there are some other little stuff here and there, but i really need to sell the car... let me know if your friend is still interested...
thanks

Ok, here is one form an integra/civic. Years should be the same from 92-01 for both honda and acura. Here is a pic of a 93 civic, which is the same as the 94 integra donor car my motor came from. I wouldnt think there is a difference from any of the 5g/4g civics/integras.

the one thing i can see that's different is that integras don't use that banjo bolt style... i'm pretty sure that the 99-00 civic Sis have the same style as the integras...

i'm going to order up a civic Si fuel pump assembly...

THANKS GUYS!

Terry, they are the same. Jason and I swapped assemblies awhile back and his fit perfectly.

no banjo feed on the 96+ integras, its a compression fitting.

it's an 0-ringed slip and lock connection...

kinda like the A/C line connections in ford vehicles

Similar probably, but I don't think they're quite the same. B-series pumps use a twin screw design, D pumps are single screw.
