What fuel pump would you guys recommend. My goal is about 400whp. I will be running 85lb injectors and I need to find out what to do with my fuel pump. Is there any intank fuel pumps that will handle the job. Currently I have a Walbro 255g/h fuel pump.

you should be fine with the walbro. with 85LB injectors, you're not having to push out that much at normal duty cycle

How reliable is the Walbro pump???? I don't want anything to happen when I am on a road course.

 

walbro is reliable, a lot of ppl run them for years, just as logn as you're not pushing too much pressure out of it ~ too much voltage, you'll be fine

The reason that I am asking all of these questions is that recently I have started to hear some noises coming from the pump that I have not heard before. Before all I heard was an isolating sound of the pump now I hear some screaches etc... any idea of what that could be.

usually with fluctuating voltages, the fuel pump will make a different noise.

Good thing to know... I will check the voltage.... I also think that I may be in need of a new battery..... Odyssey comes to mind
