There are a lot of good brands but I am going to suggest aeromotive since they are a great brand and I havent heard of any problems with them.

400+- stock is fine. stay away from the b and m command flow, i never got one to seal or rise correctly, i have lost faith in the AEM reg, me personally, now, aeromotive offers a rail mounted reg, i use the remote mounted aeromotive reg. still thinking of selling it, but not sure now, may just change fittings.

I'd surmise the Neon/SRT4 guys would love it though...

There was a thread recently about synopse. As its basicly an adjustable FMU (1:1-1:12+), people have had isues trying to get it to keep a constant rate.

I'm gonna say either get the Aeromotive that doesn't mount on the fuel rail or get something else. My Aeromotive (pictured above) started pissing fuel 2 weeks after I installed it. Other people have had problems with this particular one. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1839397 Of course Aeromotive couldn't help me out because I bought the part over a year ago. I went back to my stock one and haven't had problems. Fuel PSI wasn't a problem as I was running the stock pressure when I had the Aeromotive installed.
