This friday, I will be picking up my revhard stage 2 turbo kit, so I will be in the forced induction forum more often. I have a couple of questions for you guys though,
1 After I get it installed would it be safe to drive it daily even though it isnt tuned? 2 If not, what will I need to tune it other than a standalone?
3 what injectors do you guys recomend, my goals for now are 220-250 whp

If you just have the revhard kit than it will be using a vortech fmu more than likely. Not much to tune with and you should be relatively fine out the box with 6-8psi on stock injectors, any more and i would atleast get some bigger injectors. To be safe you should retard your timing 2-4 degrees depending on how it runs. Good luck and happy boosting.

 

cool, so as long as I keep at 6psi, I dont have to tune it for a while. I plan on getting it tuned eventually, just have to save more money. So would you guys recomend taking it easy on for the first hundred miles? Can I get on it out of the box, even though its not tuned? thanks guys
