Default Flow tested injectors, now motor runs horribly

I just got my injectors flow-tested at a shop. Came home, put them in with new o-rings and plugged everything back in, I had to remove my FPR to access the 3rd fuel rail bolt. Now when i turn on my ignition fuel is leaking out, i will remove the injectors again and make sure they are good, but fuel is spraying like 3 feet out of my FPR. What could cause this? There is no sort of a gasket that i removed... the bolts are tight.
I have an AEM rail with RC 440cc injectors, this is on my 95 GSR manifold with a stock FPR.

Thanks for any help

Thanks guys, found the ring..it fell off when i removed the fpr.

Another question:
As I said I got my injectors flow tested, 2 were running rich 2 were lean at idle. We figured that if i put the select ones at the rich/lean parts of my rail, it would even out the flow. All I did was remove my ecu and injectors, test them, put them back in in a different order and plug my ecu back in. Now my motor is running horribly and wont even hold idle.
Do you think I need a retune from switching around my injectors? Nothing else was changed.
Thanks

Would this mess with the way my motor runs? After I switched around the injectors to the different spots on the rail, accordding to the rich/lean ones, I didnt retune. Should i need to?
Any help will be appreciated!

If all they did was flowtest them, it shouldn't matter. If they cleaned/balanced them too, you'd retune. Are you running opened or closed loop? Closed loop should compinsate for any different AF's. It'd be best to reset the ecu if it does need to relearn for the injectors.
