FP HTA 35R
its a big hit with the evos. fp preatty much puts a new anti surge cover on and changes the compressor wheel to a 7 blade wheel. This is supose to spool the 35r a little faster and even help with the toend power a little.

i know evo guys seem to love them...from the dynos ive seen they seem to spool really fast with huge tq that drops off up top which is probably a good thing for a street car that you dont wanna rev the **** out of all the time

From what I read from another post, those are over $1699. Sorry, but for that money, there are other options that are able to be rebuilt if something goes wrong. That's a lot of mola for a risk like that..

Yeah, but Evo guys don't care. Pushing the pump gas limit is common practice around them neck of the woods, so what if you have to replace an engine or turbo or two.. lol

We played with the timing slightly and a/f but could not make any additional power - I feel that Master Buschur was able to extract the maximum power possible on the HTA Gt35 and that there is not one more whp to be had

i wonder what those numbers are corrected...
i had a supra on the dyno today, sae numbers vs uncorrected numbers were about 80hp different.
even if it is 80hp less thats still bad *** on a "gt35r"

I dont think 1699 is that much. I bought my 35r for 1425. With the same style anti surge inlet, coated exhaust housing with a garrett V-band exhaust housing. These little options add up...I guess icould of paid 200 bucks more and got the HTA upgrade. But i will wait.

I'm going to agree with Joe, I saw a map Buscher tuned on a local DSM, timing map was [freak]ing crazy on it. the fact that anyone would even think pushing 600+whp on pump gas in my mind is just Fing stupid.
I have an HTA 35R from FP here that we're going to be doing some comparisons against a regular 35R. I can this much for sure, it looks damn good! The billet wheel and modified housing are nice!!! I'll update this thread when we do our testing. Motor is at the machine shop so it'll be a bit.

Look at the top right side of the screen. They are uncorrected numbers. Would be nice to see an SAE corrected dyno.
