OK im trying to learn about this and i do know how a turbo set-up works but some things i don't get. Like when i found out not to get a IM cuz u have to get a turbo IM, i was kind surprized cuz i thought u get teh basic set up I/H/E and maybe some cam gears, v-afc, pistons and stuff liek that so ur engine can handle more psi and a less of chance to blow ur engine. also another thing that surprized me was learning that you need turbo cams or oem stock cams work good or better than "wild" cams. and another thing was not to get headers because of the turbo im.

So what im trying to say is can this thread be a thread where u experts explain some things us newbs about this stuff and to ask questions.

What else should u do before u get a turbo to make it more reliable?
yea i know the basic turbo set-up but can u explain so other will not ask the same questions.

What other thing should u not do when you are going to get a turbo set-up?(examples were like headers, or switch to "wild" cams.)

When boreing the B18C1 how much should bore it to when using FI?

and when i get my exhaust system how do i choose my headers?
sence i need a turbo im, i get it for that right, but them that won't fit my im as of right then so what should i do?

EDIT: what mantifolds r for turbos or do they come with the turbo kit?

OK If i buy a turbo kit, what else would i beed beside a Full exhaust system.
