Default FMU question

I putting a JRSC on my D16z6 and after all my parts im running out of money. i need a 12:1 fmu and was wondering if a vortech(high dollar) worth buying compared to OBX or Blox off of ebay.

Don't the JR kits use a 8:1 FMU?

well, i was told that the calibration depended on my injector size. am i wrong? i was told 12:1 is for stock injectors

I ran the Jackson Racing FMU with my stock injectors when I was boosting 6lbs on the supercharger. I never had a problem with it.

12.1 is too high.
at 6 psi your fuel pressure will be 124psi, thats obserd.

but if u still decide to go that route u will need an inline fuel pump in order to keep that pressure level consistant.

i would use the 8:1 but thats me

12:1 is what most people use with a turbo setup. Theres no need for an inline pump if you use the JR FMU and stock injectors.
