Default FMU PIC... how is it tuned?

got this pic from overboost.com.

My friend has an FMU just like that one, and I might be buying it from him. Anyone know what kind it is, and how it is adjusted? There is the usually nut and screw adjuster, and then a smaller needle type adjustment. Any clue what they are for? Is it adjustable rise rate? So the more clockwise you turn the screw, the more rise rate you get?

Dont buy it from him. Those things are junk. I take every chance I get to bad mouth those FMU's because of all the problems I had with mine. If you open it up and look inside you can see how shittily made they are. they're total garbage. I'll buy ten of them and throw them all in the trash. That thing left me on the side of the freeway more then once when the cylinder would get stuck in the down position. Luckily I had the tools to bypass the FMU. I'm telling you stay as far away from that thing as possible. Just get a Vortech, they are of much better quality.
