flat faced valves

Any body running flat faced valves in the cylinder head on their boosted setup..

Are there any plus or minuses, doing this..

flat face valves is a little heavyer then dish valves and they bump your cp any where from .003 to .005 so you can use flat valves or dish valves and a turbo setup and be fine
