So my dumb *** managed to just knock my ~500 miles new Walbro 225 fuel pump on the ground and I managed to break off the damn fitting and pin for the strainer. Is there any sort of way I can fix this? Potentially glue it back on? My tune is in five days and I DO NOT have time to buy a new one.. Anything that will hold up to fuel? Damnit.

You're fucked, I don't know of anything that can withstand constant fuel. I speaking of epoxy's,cold welds etc.
NO JB WELD WILL NO WORK.

Order a new one and over night it, unless your a broke *** ninja.

Super glue the strainer to the pump.
Same happen to me. Been rocking it for 4 months now.
My plan tho is to probably drill and add a screw to hold it better but other then that the strainer is held on there good. Even check it a month again and it as still there.

I can't stand that stuff. Its like ducktape for everything ducktape doesn't work on. I actually used hot glue.

Kidding. I glued it with moderate to light amounts of loctite glue. Says its shock and liquid resistant.. We'll have to see if E85 agrees with it. I've used it before and it seems to be fairly tensile. Planning on using a good amount of oil when installing the fuel hose and standard screw type hose clamps when installing it on the hanger. If this doesn't work then I guess I'll have to fork out the 85$ for a new one.. Hopefully this will at least get me through my tune, I'm planning on letting it cure for the next couple of days.

Save a few more fry chef checks and do it right - just buy a new one already. At this point the factory one would be better.

Damn the strainer part I can understand but the top, how did that happen?
And I wouldn't trust that part. If the filter feel off I big deal but fit the top break its not going to be able to suck up any gas.

After considering it I'm not going to use it, I can just buy another one. Safer and I won't run the risk of my car being starved of fuel randomly. My air compressor kicked on when I was running the top of the hanger through the wire wheel on my 1/4 die grinder, vibrated the pump off my bench and it hit the concrete floor. ~4'...

Live you learn I guess.. I've had this thing for about a month now waiting to buy a new tin snips to open up a hole for the pump removal on my 94 CD7. Five minutes before its about to be installed and it breaks. Alright. Thanks!
