Default five angle valve job......

hey fellas, i am about to pull my head and get a valve job done and started thinking about a five angle valve job. was just wondering if its really that much more beneficial to do this rather than an ordinary three angle job. and also while the head is gonna be off what do u guys recommend for a head gasket? wanna try to push 27-30 psi and am not sure what is the best or what has worked best for u guys. thnks guys.

The reputable shop that has done a couple heads for my cars said a 3 angle is more than sufficient for a street car. Not sure how that statement translates into when a 5 angle is neccesary, but that's what I know.

A stock headgasket will be fine, just ensure that your head and block surfaces are truely flat, and definately use head studs.
