First time driving my boosted hatch!!!!
Well i finally finished my car, for now. Heres a rundown on the setup.
94 cx hatch w/97 Gsr motor
Revhard stage 2 or 2c, not sure
Hondata Stage 2 b with datalogging, 3 bar map and 550cc injectors, sard FPR, Walbro 255 intank pump.
Skunk2 intake manifold
Apexi Avcr
Now i am only on a base map so i took it easy boosted about 5 pounds. Wow it was great the car pulled strong till i let off at 7000. It was crazy loud and spooled like a champ. It was awesome. I cant wait to get it tuned and up the boost. Just though that i would share my setup with you all. I encountered one problem. On my aem fuel rail the n1/8" npt bolt that blocks the stock fpr hole is leaking. i have tightned it a lot. Should i use teflon. It feels like it may strip or something if tightened further. Ill post pics for you when my roomate gets home with his digi cam. Thanks to all of you especially Robert(rocket) and Kyle(2kteg) for my setup. Thanks to everyone else aswell i must have spent countless hours researching on this site. Any comments or input are welcome on my setup.

i was sort of nervous when i foirst started it a little more excited though. I Let the car run for about 10 mins and checked for leaks, and gas odors but everything was ok. The car runs a little rough with the 550s and the base map but its pretty damn good. I am very happy. And ill try the teflon paste thanks
. Ill have pics soon.

First time postin pics bare with me:

The battery is temporary till i can get to the store and get a new one. ill most likly do that today. I also have a pipe and filter that i made from an old intake for the turbo. It is on the car now. FYI

The install was pretty easy i did have to cut the intercooler piping a little. The install took a little over a month due to funds and waiting on parts. I spent a lot more money than i though and im still not done. Oh well i was warned. AC is permitted with the manifold but the car did not come with ac when i bought it.

Sweet. Two things you may want to consider:
1) Put a filter on, the power difference between running unfiltered and filtered is small
2) Get a bigger radiator, or your car may overheat when you sit in traffic
And if you are running stock brakes, do a GSR swap, front and back! You'll need it to stop your little rocket..

I am running a filter. I Wrote in the post with the pics what i have done. As far as the radiator it is a dual core del sol radiator. I dont think i will have a problem. My fan also runs constant with the ignition. If i start to overheat i will upgrade to a better one. Good looking out though.

i am not sure if you will have to. I had to wait a little long for my hybrid kit because someof the piping had not been made yet. may be thats why. Its not a big deal at all i had to take off maybe an inch from each side that connects to the intercooler. No biggie. Fits like a charm now. Thanks for the comment everyone
I never had a problem with over heating in traffic and I am still using the stock radiator. My temps never went above what they did stock.
haha for sure chris. I will have the funds in about a week to get this bitch tuned.
