Finally!!! Install is complete! Im now addicted to boost!
I finally did it... over a year and a half after I started piecing together the parts :/ (please, I built my car for me, and I like it, so if we could just keep the ricer comments to ourself it would be appreciated) Here are the Specs:
B16A3
GSR Tranny
ACT Xtreme PP & 6 Puck Disc
Rev Hard Mani
T3 60/48/60 Trim
Tial 35mm WG
3" Spoolin Performance DP
Gutted Cat
Thermal 2.25" Cat Back
2.25" IC Piping
TurboXS RFL BOV
$40 Intercooler
RC550's
Walbro 255 HO In Tank
P30 ECU Tuned w/Crome
The car is yellow primer sealer, hasnt been painted yet. We didnt prep the bumper, so the primer/sealer is chipping off... no biggie. This turbo starts spooling at 2500ish, and is at 10psi by 4300 ish. My damned spring is a .3 BAR, and 4.4 PSI sucks! I put my manual boost controller on, but it doesnt work, so I have to shift at like 4500-5000 to keep the boost under 10. I have hit 15 accidently twice now.. damn that feels nice!! Its very annoying to have to shift so early... right when it feels like its really starting to pull, I have to shift. Damn I need that .7 BAR spring!
I had/have some issues with the 3" DP that me and Spoolin Perf are working out. I had to beat the hell outta it to put a large dent on one of the bends to clear the clutch slave bleeder, and it sticks down under the car waaaaaaaaaaay to far, I cant even drive over a 2x4 laying on its side!

That's great, man
Leave it how it is on the outside if you like it like that...mine is just as "ricey" and primered if not worse and I couldn't care less. Engine gets the money first.

I got a smashed intercooler from a semitruck. It was a peterbuilt I think, I cut off the smashed part, and paid a fabricator 40 bucks to weld some new endtanks on it

Yeah the WW Big Mouth. Fit pretty good. I had to trim it along the front bottom for the IC, and bend teh mesh out a lil on the side for the piping, but other than that it fit good
