Default Finally got it bolted in.....

Don't know if any of you remember, but a while back I started on a turbo B18C1 for my 89 Si hatch. I finally finished it two weeks ago, but was out of town for the holidays. But yesterday, I put it in. I worked on it for about an hour today and now everything is in except for the axles, charge pipe, exhaust, and radiator. Here is what I can remember:

89 Si hatch
96 B18C1
90 LS trans
Arias pistons
Eagle rods
lightened flywheels
ACT 4 puck & xtreme pp
custom differential
Crower tit. retainers
Crower ss valves
Crower double valve springs
HP Racing intake manifold
H22 t/b
Haltech E6K
Mallory FPR
Garrett T3/T04E .60 a/r, cust charge pipe, etc...
custom manifold
custom half size radiator
i p&p'd the head, did a 3 angle valve job
autometer a/f gauge, 5" tach, & boost gauge
ITR cams
custom solid mount inserts
450cc injectors for now
Deltagate
more as I remember, and pics if I can find someone that will let me borrow a digital camera.

Jared, when ever you can ......get me some pics of the intercooler piping and routing. Awesome that you got so far on it. I am working on welding up my intercooler piping this week.

Oh yeah....what size is that H22 TB?

I'll try to get some pics for you as soon as I can. I'll give you what info I can without pics. I have the compressor side of the turbo on the drivers side with the outlet facing upwards. The piping starts there and curves around and down through the hole left when I removed the windshield washer resevoir. It then 90s forward behind the bumper cover and does another 90 to go toward the FMIC, then out of the FMIC, takes a 90 into the fender well, and another 90 up through where the stock air box went, takes a 45 from there toward the t/b and then a 45 into the t/b. with the bov mounted between the two 45s. email me or message me if you have any problems. I bought mandrel bends from jegs and made my piping.

Cool....thanks. I am going either underneath the frame rail on the driver side...kinda like the EG one, or I am going through it. I want to go under, but we will see. I also have my turbo inlet facing the driver side frame rail. I cant go where the washer reservoir went, cause I have my HKS wastegate there I love EF's
