make sure you cover up the inlet's, outlet's of everything on there when you are installing....you don't want anything getting in there.

You are not missing anything... the turbo's compressor's size is "super 60"...

it's slightly different than a 60 trim, I think a tad larger...

I'm using the same turbo on my D-series!

If you don't mind me asking...where did you buy the turbo from?

You said it took 1 1/2 months to get it, I sure don't want to deal with them! I'm sure others would like to know as well

I bought it from Turbocalculator.com ..The price was really good but the customer service AFTER you pay SUCKS..

1. They said that my turbo shipped on June 24(I ordered it and paid on June1st..Come on..24days to built a turbo?)..When it arrived the stamp of the USPS said June 30..Liars!!
2. Then they told me they were going to give me a tracking # as soon as they got it..Well guess what..I got the turbo and still no tracking #.
3.After they said that the turbo had shipped i emailed them like 8 times over a 2 week period for the darn tracking # and they didnt had the courtesy of replying to my emails..

4. Funny thing is that i used another email account and emailed them and they responded the same day (so they where avoiding me?)

5. I had to file a Paypal complaint when i saw that one month passed by and the turbo was not here and they didnt replied to my emails.

Honestly it was a horrible experience for me to deal with them..The turbo has warranty but i guess that if it fails before it expires ill better fix it from my pocket rather than sending it back to them..They might stay with it for 3 months..lol

This place, as far as i know(i researched cause i thought they would scam me) is located in NC, Winston-Salem area

I don't think the super 60 is too big for street use...the boost threashold is about 3500 rpm or so on a d-series, depending on the rest of the set up...

That way, you don't have to be in boost all the time...when you are just driving around, you can keep it under 3k and save gas etc...but when you want to get on it the super 60 pulls like a ****!!

And, the torque maintains till redline...with a smaller turbo the torque drops off before redline...check out the top dyno sheets on turbod16.com and look at the torque curves

Big turbo = more fun

Exactly what i was thinking..I am going to daily drive it so i dont want to be in boost all the time..It should start to spool around 3200-3500.

Yeah, cheap turbo .com seem like a very good place although for my pocket their prices dont seem that cheap.. They didnt had the T3 Super 60 and their turbos started like in 500+
