Favorite Method of Boost contol?
I did a search for "boost contoller" and came up with zero results. I find that hard to believe but anyway, what is everyones favorite method of controlling your boost? Manual? Electronic? Name some brand names if possible. Thanks!
Not to be sarcastic, but if you did a search for "contoller" you probably wouldn't get much help. I just a search for recent content under "boost controller" and got 23 results.

sigh, i guess my sarcasm was taken lightly
but honeslty it depends on preference either an mbc for good boost control or just hose from volute to wastegate to depend on the wg's internal spring pressure, or ebc if your toolazy and like the bling of it all
did you click the 'archives' button?

i've had the Blitz SBC-id on 2 cars now and having tuned cars with many different controllers, this on has got to be about the best. for those strapped for cash, get the Profec B and you'll be nearly as satisfied.
The blitz has had absolutely no boost creep and gives a very quick response if you take the time to set the gain appropriately. Once youre above 8-9psi you need to set the controller via duty cycle settings rather than entering a boost value. oh well....

I made my homemade boost controller from home depot parts and it holds boost rock solid and never spikes. This is on a DRAG manifold with a tial wastegate.
Search google homemade manual boost controller and follow the instructions. It's like 5 parts, a ball bearing, and a spring from a pen. Works money.
