f22b1 vtec
The f22b1 is a good motor. It will do well turbocharged given you use quality parts, proper fuel, proper management, and good tuning.
As for what turbo is best, you need to be more specific with your goals.

I don't think you have a good grasp on what it is you're wanting or what was asked of you. And I doubt your ability to get this car boosted since in your other thread you indicated you can't seem to figure out your rev limit issue.
Where'd you pull 300 out of? Sounds like you started this thread just to shoot the breeze.
However, on the off chance you're serious I advise you to look at the top of the forum and read all those stickied posts. 3 times.

I can pretty much post up anywhere I please in a public forum.
Are you the only person ever on planet Earth that thought about boosting his F22? There are plenty and many threads on the subject. But I see you want to be spoonfed just like the other ones that come on and have no real goals or ideas as to what they want from the car. And yeah, what's asked of you. Someone asked for you GOALS (plural) and all you have to say is 300? That tells me pretty much everything I need to know. You aren't serious or to be taken seriously
Read all the FAQs in this forum and any other forum you can and find a build thread that does what you want yours to do and copy it. The only question you should be asking is if your parts list is up to snuff. Read and educate yourself and stop asking other people to do it for you. This is one area where anyone that hands you the information is NOT helping you.

300whp is possible on a stock f22b1 engine. As I said above it will require quality parts, proper fuel, proper management, and good tuning.
I would suggest you do some checking around and see what the basics are of turbocharging if your not already certain. Make a list of what components you need (wastegate, turbo, intercooler, fuel pump, injectors, etc). Then do some reading up and searching on what specific brands are best and fit your setup/ budget. Write those in on your list next to each component you need. Go through the list a couple times and work out the setup you think gives you the best for your budget. Do not forget to start looking in your area or the area you are willing to travel to for who is a good tuner/s and what management they tune with (your best bet is most likely Hondata and changing to a p28 ecu)... consider that when picking your management.
When you think you have a good idea what you need, post it up and I am sure you will get better input/ feedback here on what parts you choose.
Problem is here your just throwing out a wildly general question with little other information, which says to everyone you are trolling for a conversation not a serious technical discussion.

Thank god SOMEONE appreciates the FAQ Updates quite a few of us have been making over the last couple of years. That's a lot of writing we do around here. I almost stopped creating articles as a result of it, as I'm sure others were going to as well.

Actually you're being lazy. If I'm a douche-bag because I'm telling you to educate yourself then I'll be that. Next time I'll give you advice and a parts list that sounds/looks good until you try to actually build it and see if you'll jump on it.
