you can get a turbo with an external wastegate mount. i wouldnt even bother trying to get an external with that manifold though.

 

why is that?! i think the STD manifold is very good from the factory, what things i can gain with buying another type of manifolds?!

 

cut the O2 sensor hole bigger and weld a flange on? I dont like the idea of welding cast though

yea it was bored out to the size of the wastegate.

 

so effin ghetto, but yet so awesome.

 

Damn. I've seen the one that was welded on, but I never thought about this. I think I'll mill my spare on the bridgeport this week and try it out.

It should make using the STD with AC easier - 3" DP w/o making new AC brackets.
