everyone of those questions depends on what part you have.

And of course people run Neukin, he makes kick *** manifolds.

you only need an egt bung ig you have an egt sensor to put in there. you dont need a 60mm wastegate. you need to buy your wastegate first before your manifold or at the same time maybe, but youll be fine with the tial 44mm wastegate. do some searching cuz with that kind turbo, its not just something you want to throw onto your honda

Neukin makes great manifolds, downpipes, etc. If you're asking then you don't need a second O2 sensor or EGT bung

if you read the paper work that came with your turbo it will tell you if it's a t3 or t4 frame.

I would say get the second o2 sensor bung you can install a wideband in there without having to remove the stock o2 sensor.

I had a neukin manifold and never had any problems with it. As stated before you should be good with a 44mm wastegate

yea and even if he doesnt decide to put the wideband in there, he can always just plug it up as i suppose its better to have the option rather than not.
as far as manifold quality, neukin makes a very good, life-time warrantied product and i wouldnt hesitate to go with them. just make sure you have all your ducks in a row before you order your manifold cuz it will be a pain in the *** if you get a t3 flange and 38mm wastegate flange and your turbo is actually a t4 and you have a 44mm wastegate. or if you order a ramhorn manifold and have a crx or lunchbox

no offense, but it seems you need to do your own research. By the parts your listing it seems that you want to build a pretty killer setup, but had no idea where to start. You have to so some searching your self. Do you have the gt35r already? Because im pretty sure they come in both a t4 and a t3 flange. Your manifold depends on what flange you have on your setup. a 60mm wastegate is a little excessive. A 44mm will be plenty. Go to http://www.evans-tuning.com and read his write up on wastegate sizing. That should help you out.
