external wastegate, need some advice!

wanting to buy an external wastegate for my d16z6 planning on running about 1 bar and hitting about 300whpish my question is will a 38mm wastegate be enough for this?

yes it will, just make sure u have a good manifold that positions the wastegate in the center to prevent boost spike.
