I liked that you offered compensation for my time since I had to give my customer a free ceramic coating for HIS wait.. You promised 2 stainless but I got 1 mild T3 flange though. I'm not going to go over all the other times you lied since it's clearly posted above. Customer service is virtually free, bad reputaions cost you big time. I told you that if you fucked around with me anymore I would post this. Don't act surprised.

It's really best to just not make more excuses and try to make things right again.

The customer usually doesn't give a **** about how you are running your operations and giving an excuse like this doesn't make up for poor quality. It's your responsibility to run a good business, not the consumer's responsibility to alert you of poor quality.

EJ1, thats a good point, but if you didnt read all the posts bail even mentioned that this wasnt about the flange quality and that he already used it.

I was just informing any potential customers that if some how a flange that wasnt of A+ quality got to them to let me know and i would replace it for free. I wasnt trying to point fingers. Although usually knowing the situation a little better helps lighten the mood.

This is true, but you would think that after dicking around with him for a month you would make sure that the product he ordered was absolutely perfect.

My favorite part of this whole situation was how instead of tracking down this order and making good on it, you were busy trolling honda tech for new customers.

Here is a good way to get customers:

Bailhatch "Hey I just ordered from Exploited and I got my flanges so damn fast it was crazy. They were perfect and Brian was a no bullshit guy. "

You dropped the ball man.

I also am just starting to get into making flanges on production so getting them instock and ready to ship same or next day is going to take a few weeks. Sorry for any situations like this which will be kept to a minimum.

I was agreeing with bailhatch and telling lsvtecpower to reread the thread.

Lsvtecpower was the one questioning a company's service based on the cosmetics of their website.

I ordered my flanges on the 10th, you said they would ship the 13th or the 14th so we shall see.

If I would have seen this post before I ordered I might have steered away from exploited..

Three days late?

That is like 2 weeks sooner than Bailhatch got his.

That is what I call improvement.
