Default Equal length manifold that is compatible with fullsized radiator?

I'm looking for a manifold comparable to Neukins and FullRace's that would be compatible with my 38mm Fluidyne thick core radiator. It's fullsize also.

Something like this manifold:

I would just message the guy that makes this manifold, but he doesn't maintain very good contact, and has been known to take 6 months to complete an order.

Any help or info?

why not just sell the fluidyne and get a nice kit like full-race etc and use a half length rad, they work just as good

Because I don't want to go through the extra hassle.

Surely someone has an equal length mani compatible for the fullsized radiator ppl.

So I guess it's safe to assume that Full-Race's manifold (that is A/C compatible) is not meant for full size radiators?? I was under the impression that you could use a full radiator if you have the A/C compatible Full-Race manifold.

Thanks but:

"*a 1/2 style radiator must be used with this manifold*"

almost all equal lenght manifolds will require the use of a 1/2 lenght radiator, unless you go with a cheap ss autochrome etc which have the wastegate off to a weird angle

Don't know when but there were pics of a neukin manifold with a full length radiator on here not to long ago. This is manifold that I plan to run when I upgrade mine and I also have a fluidyne full length rad.

Oh there is a difference between half size and
full size rad...

Even with my full size radiator with two 12" fans (I am using a log manifold), after say an hour of traffic jam, if I do 2-3 back to back pulls, the water temp will reach up to 95 deg C and starts to get hot. I would personally never downsize the radiator This is in a daily driving perspective though.

I think the only way to do it with any of the manifolds would be to possibly use a internally gated turbo and get away from the common Wastegate placement that everyone uses.
On my manifolds, the contributing factor is going to be the WG.
you could possibly tuck it all behind a full lenght radiator if you went with an Internally gated turbo, or maybe even somehting like Turbonetics used to use with the WG flange on the turbine housing.

Plenty of room for a full radiator(this customer chose a half rad based on his previous setup); and your wastegate; and your AC(moving some lines); and a 4" downpipe. We will have some very high HP dynos up within the month me thinks

Everything is on the website, and you can make a brace out of 3"X1"X.125" sheet metal with two elongated holes for expansion/contraction. So far we havent had any problems!

Would't that manifold setup prove to be laggy?

havent had any complaints thus far. The 4" downpipe expells any difference in lag from a more "standard" manifold.

Single pass with extensive backpurging, and thank you, we are striving to increase the product line. There are a few that arent even on the website yet, like the new top mount manifolds for example.

im curious, does this "double pass" intercooler have a baffle on the inlet/outlet side?

is the chra missing in this pic so that noone notices how low the oil drain is with this "super long" collector?

Yessir. Ive seen SO many of these designs that dont use a baffle, it just "baffles" me that people assume the air is going to travel through the intercooler...lol.
There are essentially two seperate tanks, completely sealed and pressure tested to 65psi on the inlet/outlet side.

How did you seal and pressure test each side?
