Default Enlarging turbine

Would it be bad to enlarge the flange on the turbine side where it connnects to my manifold? Its the square hole. My manifold collector flange is bigger than the turbines.

It won't hurt anything as long as you're not taking 1/4" off it or anything. I'd definitely match it to the gasket and taper it in from there.
