Engine spec for high output turbo
I'm checking out fitting a turbo kit to my 98 JDM ITR but some specs I've seen say ***hp on stock engine & ***hp with built engine - what specific componenets are uprated with a 'built' engine?
I'd like to build a 400whp engine- what do you suggest???
