Default Engine mangement?

puting a t3 turbo on a rebuilt z6 engine but dont know if what kind of engine mangement to use or do i even need one, if im only looking to run like 7-10 psi....if i do need one which one is the easiest to work with that wont bust the wallet

yes you do if you want the engine to last.

as far as best on the wallet, look at freeware, like crome or have the ecu chipped. personallyh i like and prefer the hondata s300.
