How do you guys pass emmissions? I am going turbo and I dont wanna have to keep taking this damn thing off every year! Thanx

You are in Pennsylvania so you have idle tailpipe sniffer right?

At idle the car should be just like stock and pass fine. Just make sure the cat is good and hot.

Make sure your turbo system is well tuned at idle.
