Emissions prob. w/JRSC
97 civic w/a jackson SC wont pass emissions.OBDII readiness-Code ms are EVAP-O2-and Cat.I've replaced both O2 sensors and now running a 99si cat.The EVAP I have no clue.Anyone have these problems?
