I have a 97 Honda Civic EX with a Turbo-kit . I keep failing Emission , I would like to know if someone can explain to me, What the below reading mean ??

I have a high flow cat . I just got a SAFC, I hope this clears-up the
Emission issuse.

 

It means you failed BADLY. You are either running waaay rich or you don't have a catalytic convertor installed.

Your monoxide levels are through the roof. As high as 9.5%!

 

Will the SAFC help out ?? ??

 

If you tune it right. Are you using a wideband?

 

No I am not using wideband o2, I belive I have Bosh o2 from Track Auto.
