Looking to pick up an intercooler for my 99 SI. What is everyone running. Keep in mind I dont want to hack up the bumper or the radiator support to install. Something thats a good snug fit for the area. Looking at 2.5" inlet and outlet but how thick and what dimensions are ppl running?

buy the precision 600hp intercooler...it should fit there perfect..all u might have to do is trim the inside of the bumber and you wont have to cut it....

Thats what I am using on my EM1 and I didnt even have to trim the bumper.I am also making a bit over 500 so that intercooler should meet all your needs.

 

Im another one who can vouch for the Precision 600whp. No trimming at all, just drop it in there.
