Hallo,

few questions:

1.) is there a relationship between engine hp and egt? (i.e. higher egt = more boom = more power. Because highest egt occure at 14.7:1 i think it is not such easy but maybe in general?)

2.) What will happen to the engine hp when i lower the egt (i.e. by enrich the mixture)

3.) What can i do to lower the egt's without lower by engine hp? (is there even a way?)

4.) What is the best position (in cm/in from the exhause valves!) to position an egt probe?
