Default the effects of a low static cr on emissions

9.04:1 static compression.. The reason my compression would be this low is thanks to the great state of california. LS vtecs are not legal, so the ls head has to go back on, over my low compression turbo pistons and gsr crank, to pass visual with the referee. with the gsr head, it would be 9.55:1. This sucks. If I had a gsr block, I wouldn't have to do any of this ****. I don't see this not passing emissions, but 9.04:1 is pretty low, and I was just curious to see if any of you guys had observed different emission test results with a lower cr.
thanks

If a stock LS can pass with 9.2:1, you can pass with 9.04:1. Just over 9:1 compression isn't horribly low by any strech of the imagination.
