ECU question

I'm currently doing a b20 turbo setup w/ hondata 2b. But, i'm using my stock DX computer. Is that ok, will it even matter since I have hondata, or should try to find a LS or b20 ecu? Thanks in advance.

So, that couple of days that I'll be driving before the hondata is tuned won't hurt my motor?
