Default ECM Boost limit on PWC

I have the new Honda F-12X turbo personal water craft. The ecm has a high boost limit which pervents me from raising the boost manually. Anyone know how to or know someone who knows how to raise the boost limit or bypass it?

U dunno but that'd be cool as hell! I tell you, ever since I saw that damn thing (and considering I go out like every weekend now with a buddy w/ 2 J-ski's) I've wanted one. The trick will be to get the turbo to produce more boost w/o letting the pressure sensor see it..

That is one option we are considering. I am concerned about fueling if the sensor does not know the engine is getting extra boost.

Stock boost is 13 psi. testing has shown an increase of 1 mph for 1 psi of boost! One person has bypassed the wastegate and hit 25 psi. Of course the error kicks in and cuts power but before it does, it's a rocket!

Honda really did their homework on this boat.

Well, you could use a voltage clamp to limit the signal and fool the ecm. But, like you said, fueling becomes an issue. I'm not much up on watercraft, so I don't know the fuel setup. If it's carbed, you could rejet, if injected, just larger injectors. I really don't know anything, I'm just trying to keep myself busy or I'll actually have to work today
