Re: Ebay Turbo Kits (Jamied)
Oh please no. These threads are just never ending. I'm gonna shoot myself in the face.

But to answer the question, they are junk. Look at the price it should tell you something.

*waits for the e-bay crew to chime in*

Re: (mozzandherb)
well, the piping, ICs, and BOVs seem to be decent and do their job...everything else typically fails pretty quick overall I'd give it a 4 or 5 on a 1-10 scale as a complete kit but, the parts I mentioned that are decent like a 6-7.

Re: (BB6-213)
the only thing that sucks is the turbo some of them only last a month or two and you wight also want to get better clamps but dont expect to run this kit just like that you should get bigger injectors and pump and tune it Also what I was thinking about doing is buying the kit and just aking the turbo to get rebuilt with good seals and bearings

why would you risk having to deal with problems...when i turboed my GSR i decided that i wasn't going to cheap out and deal w/ **** since it was my ONLY car....i bought good parts and never had any problems...

Re: (DelsolioGSR1996)
i say get it, brace the manifold, and run the turbo until the seals blow, then u can send it out to get rebuilt for 250 from blaast performance. that is if ur on a budget. also the garret turbo should work with it considering the cheap turbo that comes with it is "supposed" to be a copy of a realy garrett, but who knows.

blaastperformance.com rebuilds these chinese **** turbos with quality bearings/seals and turns them into a nicer pos. they charge $250 i think.

I would never trust anything for ebay besides ic piping and an fmic for lower hp setups.
